How It All Works:

Rental Charges

Rental items are charged for the amount of time out, whether used or not. There is no credit or refund for any unused items. Extended rental periods are available upon request.

Reservations and Deposits

We are unable to guarantee product availability without a reservation. We recommend that you reserve your equipment as far in advance as possible. This will ensure availability and allow us to set aside items for you. A deposit will be required to hold the reservation on all rental items.

Any changes to your order must be made at least 24 hours
prior to delivery or pick-up.

Delivery and Pick-up Policy

Delivery service is available, charges will depend on the size of the order and the delivery location. All items are delivered in “Table Ready” condition. Tables and chairs should be “knocked down” and stacked in one location for pick-up. Equipment not ready for pick-up will be subject to labour charges. All pick-ups and deliveries must be made in an enclosed vehicle to prevent damage.

Cleaning

Return glass ware free of liquids, dishes scraped and rinsed, and packed in the original shipping containers. Products not rinsed will be subject to additional labour charges. Wine fountains are not to be used with any type of “pulp” liquid, as it could burn out the motor. Just rinse with clear water. All linen is to be returned without burns, mildew, wax, or anything that cannot be removed with normal laundry processing.

Loss or Damage

If there is any problem with rental items– contact us immediately, to avoid being charged. Reporting a damaged or broken item on return is not acceptable, and will be considered “broken” and subject to replacement charge.

All items are the customer’s responsibility from the time delivered until picked– up or returned. Charges will apply to late, missing , or damaged items. Any items returned chipped or cracked upon return will be considered “broken” and will be subject to a replacement charge.
