Planning an outdoor event, or want to highlight an indoor event?

Framed Tents

Bob Lee Productions Ltd. rent and install tents constructed of white fire retardant material. Sizes range from 10’ x 10’ to 30’ x 80’ and are available with or without plain or Cathedral windowed sides.

Conventional Tents

We also rent conventional tents (center pole), with or without plain sides. Sizes range from 15’ x 15’ to 20’ x 40’ and are best suited for installation on grassed surfaces.

All tents must be set up by company trained personnel. This is to meet fire and safety regulations to protect you and your guests.

Services

To insure satisfaction, it is most important that we speak with you to determine the number of guests attending the event, and the equipment needed - to meet or exceed your expectations. This “no obligation” consultation will enable us to provide you with correct size tent for the number of guests, and prepare a quotation for the tent and other items you need.

Reservations require a 25% deposit paid upon contract signing.

Renting a Framed or Conventional Tent qualifies for our new service:

We will provide a computer generated custom floor plan that shows the location of equipment within the tent. The plan details your selection. (Seating, head tables, band or DJ, dance floor, etc.)
